We achieve an aesthetic redistribution of healthy hair roots with the help of innovative laser and microsurgery. In modern original hair transplantation the hair roots are painlessly extracted from the back of the head under general anaesthetic and redistributed in the bald areas. Two methods are applied, depending on hair condition:
1. The removal of a thin strip of skin - a very fine scar remains which is subsequently covered by hair and so cannot be seen.
2. The dot-shaped extraction of individual follicles and follicular units from the back of the head ? many, but barely visible dot-shaped scars remain. These cannot be discerned later.
The hair roots are now carefully selected and dissected into small follicular units under a microscope. The transplants are then inserted into ?implant channels?, which have previously been created in the bald areas. Original hair transplantations take only 2 - 4 hours. Once the healing phase of the superficial wounds is complete, the implanted hair roots produce new, healthy and strong hair after only three months, lasting a lifetime.
